Traditional objects from Rothenburg
History of craftsmanship
Where? On the first floor in room 11
What? Here the Rothenburg Museum presents objects from the history of the guilds in Rothenburg ob der Tauber with products and articles of daily use, but also signs of butchers, bakers, carpenters and joiners.
What must be seen? A chest from the saddlers, turners and hatters from 1615 has a particularly sophisticated opening mechanism – the chest was used as a safe for documents and contracts.
